Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a global business working on behalf of one of their prestigious customers as finance manager providing finanial support to the contract.

- Present monthly management accounts and weekly quicks to customer with appropriate variance analysis
- Review weekly and monthly trading results and challenge as appropriate, be able to explain variance to prior periods and budget
- Reconcile DHL and customer accounts at period end. Produce budgets and forecasts for the area of responsibility. Reconcile balance sheets and Open Book Reconciliations
- Adhere to internal and external deadlines weekly and monthly
- Provide robust reporting of financial and kpi results for the period
- Contract senior team require support
- Need to understand warehouse operation and effect of key KPI drivers and ratios

Accurate and numerate, appreciation for deadlines, ability to form relationships and work well with non-finance colleagues. Confident and pro-active. High level knowledge of Excel. Ability to work autonomously
