Finance Manager

Real staffing is currently looking for a Finance Manager - Cost Manager for a role based in Bristol with a top tier bank.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Responsible for the accurate reporting and analysis of Retail Finance FTE and year end projections, liaising with each Retail BU to understand and collate their latest forecasts and highlight key issues in meeting year end targets.
- Single point of contact for all Retail Finance FTE permanent and contract hire requests. Collating monthly requests for new hires and extensions and making sure these are successfully presented to cost board for approval.
- Business partner the Group Finance Retail Finance team to ensure all month end and forecasts are delivered to time and accurately reflect the current position for Retail Finance budgets and where necessary highlight key issues to the Retail Exec
- Key point of contact for the Retail FTE change team, supporting ad-hoc requests and analysis and ensuring the successful delivery of the current OD project.
- Provide support to the Cost Management change team to transfer standard and repeatable work to a new team that is to be set up as part of a new cost shared service centre.

Contract Details

Contract Length - 3 months

Rate - £300-345 per day

Start Date - September 2014
