Finance Manager

What they are looking for:
Someone who appreciates the world of retail banking, and understands the products interest rate and hedging processes.
Someone who is very analytical.
Good with spreadsheets, doesn't have to be advanced as can use the experts in the team to help with that.
Must know how w balance sheet works, ideally with interest rate knowledge, or at least capable of learning it.
ALM is very nice to have.
Must have done retail.
Previous use of ALM systems, like QRM - so they understand our ALM activity works, able to run ALM report and understand the process and some of the difficulties in getting it right.

What they'll be doing day-to-day/periodically:
Every week contributing with hedging meetings.
Every month, month end reporting - contribute to them.
Updating models to financials plans and behavioural assumptions, these are updated 3 times a year, and we need to put the work behind the scenes with them, for stress testing, ensuring assumptions are right.
