Finance Manager

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing division of this FTSE 100. Initially to cover maternity this is a varied role & would suit a CIMA part-qualified / finalist level accountant looking to broaden their skills in a fast paced environment.
Reporting into the Finance Director, the Interim Finance Manager is to manage all aspects of the company's finances, including reconciliations, financial/management accounts, commission calculations, and management of 2 finance staff. Advanced Excel skills are required and some supervisory experience. SAP experience would be beneficial.
Main Duties

 Monthly Profit & Loss analysis
* Variance Analysis by cost centre
* Preparation of WIP, Accrual and Prepayment Journals
 Ensure Management accounts are completed in line with the monthly targets
* Preparation of monthly reporting packs
* Working Capital Reports
* Balance Sheet reports and back-up data
* Reconciliations
* Cash flow
 Forecasting
* Update forecasting system with monthly forecasts
* Analyse headcount and assets to ensure accuracy of data
* Complete topsheets showing in month and forward variances
 Monthly/Quarterly Commission
* Calculation of sales team monthly commission
* Prepare the submission spreadsheet to send to FD for approval
* Produce individual commission statements
 Manage Finance Team and provide training/targets
 Ensure the company is prepared for audits
 To continually look to improve and update all relevant processes in line with ISO
 To assist in maintaining and updating the in-house finance processes
