Projektbeschreibung
This is a fixed-term, temporary position for 12-18 months.
The key responsibilities include (though are not limited to):-
- Providing the Programme Management Team with timely and accurate reports of programme expenditure.
- Providing financial management support and direction to the Programme Leads
- Financial Management control over programme costs as required to support the Project Management Office objectives
- To provide support to the Project Management Officer as required in the financial area
- Quality management overview of supplier work orders and additional service order documentation.
- Financial Management control over daily, weekly and monthly project expenditure, including reconciliation against formal budget approvals.
- Financial Management control over accurate processing invoices, purchase orders and value orders on SAP, including the management of blocked and parked invoices.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience within the following:-
- Proven experience of working within finance/accounts, supported by a relevant qualification
- Knowledge of accounting principles and techniques
-Experience of dealing with third party suppliers
- Experience of using SAP's financial and project accounting modules proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- High Level understanding of large scale programme/projects
- Pragmatic and commercially alert - effective at identifying and assessing risk, mitigations and risk management
