Finance IT Architect (m/f)

emagine is seeking an experienced IT architect for our client an international manufacturing organization.
The client is preparing to merge with another company, and requires detailed studies of their current Finance systems and an assessment of potential solutions for separation and or integration.

Key Tasks:

Mapping the landscape of the Finance applications domain
Analyzing needs in conjunction with the teams IS & IT Integration/Separation projects
Analyze the impact of various proposed architecture scenarios on the existing Systems
Identify risks and dependencies associated with each architectural scenario
Develop technical architecture targets corresponding to different architecture scenarios
Support technical choices to guarantee service levels at least equivalent to the existing systems Support technical choices for systems integration in the target application landscape
Recommend adjustments in terms of dimensioning of the technical infrastructure
Recommend appropriate approaches in terms of migration, data archiving and decommissioning Document the financial impact of scenarios

You need:

Skills and expertise:

Knowledge of the finance domain (payment, treasury, reporting and financial consolidation, electronic invoicing)
Design technical architecture
Experience of merger & acquisition projects with international dimension
English and French essential
Leading meetings and work sessions in English

Technical Knowledge:
o Standard inter exchanges - Bank Swift
o Security
o Networks
o Windows and Unix System
o Database Oracle/SQL server
o Knowledge of cloud architectures

Deliverables:
- Portfolio of technical architecture for different scenarios
- Procedures for technical integration
