Finance Integration Lead

My client, a leading retail banking group is seeking an experienced finance change candidate to work on the finance integration a key acquisition.

Working with the new parent and the acquired finance functions the successful candidate will be responsible for - - Engagement with the finance teams on for every aspect of financial integration.
- Manage relationship with wider integration team on behalf of finance team
- Senior stakeholder management with key finance contacts
- Direct management of all key areas of finance integration, including system transition, regulatory concerns, governance and integration of transaction processing
- Project management and tracking of wider related work streams such as Tax treasury and risk
- Direct leadership of a small team plus wider Matrix responsibility to ensure successful delivery

Those who apply must have

- Experience of a finance integration project
- Excellent finance change experience
- Retail banking experience
- Ideally a background in line finance with formal training

This is an interim role available on a fixed term basis for 12-18months, basic pro rata salary will be in the region £90-100k plus benefits of c20% cash and performance bonus.
