Finance Documentation Analyst - Operating Procedures/Review

New opportunity for a Finance Documentation Analyst/Coordinator at a London-based Publishing Company, overseeing the composition and on-going management of Operational procedure documents which provide information to end users.
Your primary responsibility will be to co-ordinate a complete review of all finance procedures and address findings and any gaps in documentation that are identified, working closely with the operation management teams.

Excellent relationship building and communication skills are essential, as well as the following:
* Excellent organizational skills
* Team player who works effectively with others to identify and resolve issues
* Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and constructively to changes or unexpected shifts in priorities
* Ability to manage workload and meet challenging deadlines
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SharePoint
* Able to interact with all levels of executive management.
* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and in a team environment to create documentation from concept to finished product based on established documenting tools and standards.
