FINANCE DESIGN LEAD, BANKING, BRISTOL

FINANCE DESIGN LEAD role for FTSE100 BANKING company based in BRISTOL. This is an initial 3-6 MONTH contract paying between £700-900.

Applicants for this Finance Design Lead should have a good understanding of Business Architecture within a finance environment, have experience in defining a workshop objective, have experience in the continuous improvement and systems thinking techniques such as Lean, Process Re-engineering, and organisational mapping.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the gap between as-is and to-be positions and the detailed analysis of as-s to to-be positions for Insurance Finance Systems: in terms of systems, processes, data reporting and people capabilities.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

- Qualified Accountant
- Financial services experience
