Finance Consultant - SoX

We require a Finance Consultant to join a new team which delivers: accounting services, business analytics and reporting for Finance colleagues in 22 countries across the Consumer EAME region. This role is key to ensure that appropriate systems access is in place across the COE, with a firm understanding of the business requirements.

Process responsibilities:

- Responsible for receiving, interrogating and providing first line approval for all access requests, ensuring adherence to SOX controls in respect to this.
- Support Business with Local Security Contact Qtly Reporting execution
- Responsible for R3 Role creation/set up
- Local Security Contact (LSC) for the COE reviewing and approving systems access
- Reviews and actions quarterly access and conflict reports, ensuring no excess access
- Document process for reviewing cross system access and analyse reports to develop and document mitigating controls
- Document UASOD (User Access & Segregation of Controls) DCMs for non-cross-regional systems
- Support the Regional Compliance Controller in mapping financial controls within non cross-regional systems
- Ensure approval of access reports in line with SOX 404 guidelines
- Conduit between STF Security, R2R and C2C teams for technical needs to identify & mitigate risks
- Documentation and justification of all mitigating controls
- Back up to UASOD Business Analyst on Bank admin, BRAVO access, other quarterly tasks
- Involvement in transition of R2R work into UASOD team
- Fully qualified accountant or an international qualified accountant equivalent, with 2-8 years post qualified financial experience
- Knowledge of SAP with enthusiasm to develop and further SAP skills.
