Finance & Commercial Manager

Harvey Nash's public sector client is recruiting for a Finance & Commercial Manager on an initial 6 month contract. The role is part of the programme leadership team and you will be working with the Programme Director and Programme Manager and will be responsible for meeting the commercial and financial objectives. You will be implementing robust financial controls, governance and reporting, whilst managing suppliers and contracts.

About you:

. Experience of procurement, contract management and negotiating contracts
. Previously managed high profile and complex projects
. Experience in developing and leading best practise finance and procurement solutions
. Good knowledge of concepts and techniques using within a Programme Management Practise
. Significant stakeholder management experience

In addition to the above skills/experience, it would be highly advantageous if you have change management and/or public sector experience.
