Finance Business Partner - Controlling/Reporting (4699)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner - Controlling/Reporting (4699).

You will be work directly with the respective functional Heads, COOs and Executive Committee members acting as their primary point of contact into Group Finance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN REPORTING, CONTROLLING, ACCOUNTING
- STRONG COMMERCIAL ACUMEN, AS WELL AS GOOD KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE CLIENT BUSINESS AND ENVIRONMENT
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING A TEAM AND WORKING WITHIN A GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT
- VERY GOOD CHANGE LEADERSHIP MENTALITY
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to deliver high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure
- Fluent in English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage senior client relationships as a proactive partner and strategic advisor/Prepare and deliver presentations for management committees as well as CFO MC
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships within the wider Finance community
- Act as a relationship-manager for the end-to-end delivery of financial solutions to the business
- Interface between the client business and centralised functions within Finance (centres of excellence and specialist functions)
- Working closely with the central finance teams (on-shore and off-shore) to design necessary reporting to support monitoring and provide insight to the overall financial performance
- Define and take accountability for supporting ways to optimize run the bank activities or new initiatives/Manage client requirements, interfacing between the business and specialist teams as required to ensure delivery of value-added solutions
