FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER - 6 MONTHS - £400 -ESSEX - EXPERIENCE WITHIN ADULT SOCIAL CARE, PUBLIC HEALTH OR EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AN ADVANTAGE.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a finance Business Partner to work for an increasingly successful local authority. We are looking for an individual who comes from the Adult Social Care sector, Public Health or Educational Services to help add value to their continuously successful team. We are looking for a Finance business partner to effectively liaise between finance teams to co-ordinate the closure of accounts, budget monitoring and the medium term resource plan for this area. The successful candidate will have to come from a strong finance background & possess strong stakeholder management skills. The role is based in Essex/

KEY SKILLS

- Qualified Accountant desirable (CA, ACA, CIMA and ACCA)
- Experience within Adult Social Care, Public Health or Educational Services would be an advantage.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and is a strong team player.
- Confidence, enthusiasm and is able to quickly establish solid working relationship with wide variety of stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- The ability to analyse, problem solve and identify areas for development and improvement.
- The ability and willingness to respond quickly and positively to change; identify and implement
