FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER - FINANCIAL SERVICES - CONTRACT

FINANCIAL BUSINESS PARTNER CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supporting the administration of the project's governance framework
- RAID
- Tracking Project Deliverables
- Change Requests
- Tracking and Monitoring of Project/Programme Compliance
- Supports project set up and closure activities, including business case and Project
- Management Report (PMR) preparation, and Post Implementation Reviews (PIR).
- Supports activities to collate, prepare and update resourcing and financial data.
- Prepare all programme/project financials monthly using standard finance templates
- Accurately track & update Business actual costs, resource and non-resource forecasts
- Ensure Business Costs are accurately recharged to the IT Resilience Projects within the agreed timescales
- Review IT and Business resource actual costs and highlight discrepancies
- Review POs to ensure correct phasing and cost tracking
- Complete funding request documentation, cost board submissions and support the project set up process
- Prepare accrual documentation
- Act as the key finance contact for all Business/IT Project Managers
