Finance Business Partner

Our client, a large transport organisation based in Sydney CBD, is looking for a Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant to join their team for a 3 month contract. You will work with the business unit to understand and forecast financial performance as well as create strategies to achieve business targets.

In this role, you will prepare financial plans and manage forecasting for the business. You will also mange the business performance analysis and reporting activities for the unit. You will work with Project Managers to support project planning and manage project financial performance.

You will work on a number objectives including:

- Financial Performance Analysis
- Financial Planning
- Financial Reporting Processes
- Financial Forecast Analysis
- Management reporting and analysis
- Annual Budgeting and planning

For this role, we are lokoing for someone who is Degree qualified and CA/CPA qualified. You must have previous experience as a management accountant and expertise in financial planning, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting within a large and complex environment. You should also have a thorough knowledge of relevant financial acts and regulations as well as accounting principles, standards and practices.
