Finance Business Partner

Spring Technology are looking for a Finance Business Partner for our public sector client based in Birmingham or Dorking.

In particular the role will:
* Work with the Data work stream to help determine the key financial performance metrics and work across the finance directorate to pull together the required information.
* Work to develop the 'cost monitor' function ensuring that deliverable arrangements are put in place based upon robust financial data wherever that is held.
* Develop key internal programme performance metrics and a set of management accounts which both enable high quality financial control and which drive improved financial performance. This will require working and support the development of the National Portfolio Office function.

Essential Skills/Knowledge:
* Sound accounting skills
* Extensive Microsoft skills, particularly Excel

Desirable Skills/Knowledge:
* Prior working in a business change environment.
