Finance Business Partner

As the Finance Business Partner you will be engaging with stakeholders across the Bank in Finance, HR and the business itself and will provide support to the departments MI requirements.

Key accountabilities:

* Preparation of detailed schedules for completion by devisions on a monthly basis
* Copletion of HR divisional returns for Simplification, including Balance Sheet reporting
* Influencing and engaging with a diverse and constantly changing range of divisional contacts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of submissions
* Consolidation, challenge and interpretation of montly MI results into coherent reporting packs to senior stakeholders
* Support and Challenge of divisional stakeholders through montly processes and periodic forecasting
* Design/development of reporting solutions

Skilss required:

* Good excele skills for MI requirements
* Familiarity with Financials/ Cost centre reporting
* Knowledge of CMT / OFA would be useul, as woudl experience of change management
* Good influencing / engagement skills
