Finance Business Analyst - Shared Services - SSC - Procurement - P2P - Finance Transformation

My client is undertaking a Finance Transformation Programme involving the consolidation of number of global SAP instances and the creation of a captive Shared Service Centre in India.

They now seek to appoint a Finance Business Analyst to assist with requirements capture and process design for the new FSSC.

The role purpose is to provide Financial appraisal of current finance operational activities, identifying improvement opportunities and evaluate the current procurement/purchasing function globally. The incumbent will work with the Finance Transformation Programme Manager to ensure that regional operational performance issues are captured and analysed and to  provide the wider team with  business analysis required for the effective improvements.

The successful candidate will be either Qualified/Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA and previous experience of preparing, reviewing and interpreting financial data, processes and functions is essential. Experience end to end procurement and authorisation/approval processes and associated tools eg Concur would be advantageous. You'll need to demonstrate good PC systems skills to include, Excel to an advanced level with excellent analytical skills.

The role requires someone with Commercial acumen, with an ability to interpret numbers and communicate key issues in a concise and clear manner. You will have excellent organisation and presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Have a Proactive and Flexible working attitude, High level of attention to detail, but commercially focussed.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract on a base salary of £50 - 60k + Paid Holidays
