Projektbeschreibung

IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Receive and record all incoming invoices and allocate them to the correct cost type and cost centre
-Ensure that invoices match goods and services received and, where appropriate, order information
-Ensure physical control of the whereabouts of all invoice documentation
-In cases where there is no match between the invoice, goods received and/or the order documentation, advise the cost centre on solutions to the problems, and, having ensured that they have been resolved, arrange for the appropriate cost authorisation
-Filing and organisation of team events, electronic archiving, travel arrangements and ad-hoc requests
-Correspondence (meeting minutes, letters, etc.)
-Act as back up for other administrative tasks in the unit
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent administrative experience
-Quality and detail orientated; reliable and accurate
-Proficient using MS Office packages - Word, Excel and Outlook, knowledgeable about ERP systems that are relevant for the business area's work
-Good communication skills (oral/verbal), discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
-Fluent in English and German
