Finance and Services Administrator (3 days a week)

Projektbeschreibung

In your role as an Finance and Services Administrator you will work closely with the finance team and the professional services group to assist with the following:

SERVICES ADMINISTRATION

- Weekly/monthly timesheet collation, review, correction, reconciliation
- Monthly expenses processing, collation, review, correction
- Training administration including 
- Confirmations 
- Booking rooms
- Reserving on-line training facilities
- Updating training course attendee details
- Ensure manuals are printed
- Gathering and filing training feedback questionnaires
- Providing weekly update on current training reservations
- Send project and consultant surveys and gather feedback
- Project administration including project budgets and budget tracking
- Review backlog for accuracy and opportunity
- Enhancements to administrative procedures
- Other duties as requested by service managers
- Development and maintenance of excel formulas and formatting to drive correct outputs

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Experience with MS Excel required, including writing/maintaining formulas, conditional formatting, etc.
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus

BUSINESS CONSULTING

- Timesheet Reconciliation
- Expenses Reconciliation
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by managers
- Administration of external client training schedules

HOURS & AGREEMENT DURATION
Normal office hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, 3 days a week.

It is envisaged that this agreement is for an initial period from 1/09/2012 through 30/6/2013
