Finance and Accounting Specialist (NATO) Oracle R12

1.Skills, knowledge, experience required
1.1.Proven experience with Oracle R12 financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, Fixed Assets) but specifically within General Ledger/Fixed Assets.
1.2.Very Good knowledge and working experience within Accountancy preferably within International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
1.3.Need to know the difference between debit and credit.
1.4.Has strong reconciliation skills within general ledger and the related sub ledgers.
1.5.Has strong analytical skills towards trial balances and financial statements.
1.6.Has proven experience working within Finance organizations of International Public Sector Organizations and/or Multinational Companies.
1.7.Has proven experience with excel and any other data automation tools within Finance.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
