Finance Analyst (Retentions)

FINANCE ANALYST (RETENTIONS) - ONGOING CONTRACT - MAIDENHEAD

The Retention Finance Analyst will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the marketing retention trading team.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business understands the commercial performance in the retention arena and supporting the performance management of circa 200k upgrade & churn transactions per month.

In this role you will have the opportunity to interact with many areas of the business and will actively seek their involvement, influence and insights into financial outcomes through the retention financial reporting.

We are looking for someone with strong commercial expertise, an understanding of a financial reporting environment, and knowledge of propositions to provide timely and consistent information to the business with regards to performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To analyse the Retention Channel Profitability and support recommendations to grow margin
- Identify, drive and advance the internal retention reporting requirements
- To Coordinate the weekly and monthly internal reporting of the Retention performance across both Contract P&L's

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Finance qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
- Strong Commercial acumen and experience of working in a marketing environment and the ability to interface with various levels of management across different cultures and functions.
- Proven ability to build and influence relationships at a senior level
- Self-motivated and able to work with accuracy
- Open and flexible personality to deal with a constantly evolving and dynamic company
- Proven analytical skills, showing ability to improve accuracy & efficiency and reduce duplication.
- Advanced Excel required, with good understanding of PowerPoint.
