Finance Analyst PMA

Finance Analyst PMA required for an initial 3 month contract working for a Major Global Services company based on site at their client based in Cheshire.

As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for owning Programme Top Level Financial Management Processes.

As well as manage the following on a day to day basis:

* Manage Cost Centre
* Raise and track PO's
* Administer Financial CR process across the Programme
* Own and administer Central Re-charges to Projects
* Manage the Forecast process by liaising with the Project Managers and Finance to ensure deadlines are met
* Provide support for best practice, liaise with Finance coordinate training
* Variance analysis, review and challenge
* Aggregate financial reporting to Programme Manager and Steerco (Waterfall Charts etc) Microsoft Excel (Intermediate eg pivots & lookups)

This role requires solid financial experience of managing programme budgets, and will have responsibility for owning the financial management processes for the programme. Demonstrable experience of the above hands-on experience is a mandatory requirement.
This is a large programme, (multi-million £ budget, 33 approved projects) and therefore requires a competent candidate who possesses the right skills and ability to work across all levels, whilst managing mandatory financial deadlines.
Experience required in managing and analysing multiple sources of financial data, to produce executive reports
Liaison with a range of stakeholders to include Project and Programme Managers, and Programme Director, whilst maintaining relationships with our finance business partners.
