Finance Analyst/Commission Manager - 6 months - Nottingham - Negotiable Rates

A leading Energy and Utilities client of Hyphen is looking for a Finance Analyst/Commission manager to join an existing project.

Job Purpose:
Manage a team of 8 in the RES Commission team and work with the CoCo (Controllable Costs) Manager effectively. Managing planning and reporting for Residential (Res) and B2B (Business to Business) CoCo (Controllable Costs)
* Overseeing forecasts for controllable costs, ensuring they are within agreed targets and part of the client strategy.
* Operational management of systems and processes within Res and B2B CoCo planning and reporting.
* Provide recommendations to aid decision making in process efficiencies and policy improvements.
* Ensure all key stakeholders are provided with comprehensive financial support covering their actual, planned and forecast spend & performance.
* To develop and maintain strong cross-functional working with key Stakeholders.
* Develop and build insightful reporting consolidating large volumes of information.
* Challenge Business Partners on key variances.

Essential Skills:
* Excel
* Powerpoint
* SAP - Desirable
* SBase - Desirable
* Qualified Accountant with minimum 5 years PQE
* People driven
* Must be able to talk to the Business and build relationship quickly
* Must be able to manage and develop a team
