Finance Analyst - Accounting

URGENT - ASAP - Financial Analyst required for a Global Organisation based in the centre of Leeds. As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for producing data to provide consistent and meaningful information to be able to provide clear and concise reports. As a Financial Analyst you will have excellent communication skills and be able to produce MI reports using Excel, Access and MS Office. Paying competitive rate this is a 1 week rolling contract need a Financial Analyst who can start ASAP.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the IT Finance Operations Manager
- Provision of monthly financial and project reports aimed at management, ensuring that the collation of data is accurate and that reports are provided in a concise format
- Reconcile invoices and be a central point of contact
- Provision of month end expense reports
- MI for stationary/printing/paper/vending
- Accrual and pre-payments
- Reconciliation of costs for revenue and capex
- Issuing journals that are required by Management Accounts
- Provide detailed analysis of expenditure upon request by budget holders
- Assisting in the process of BAR's and purchase orders
- Responsible for supplier queries from internal and external sources
- Review processes and procedures on an on-going basis, to ensure these are efficient and streamlined, suggesting ideas for improvement and then implementing
- Provide a first class service both internally and externally by communicating effectively
