Finance Analyst

A new exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to work on a 3 month contract for our large blue chip Company client based in Coventry

Job Purpose:
Support the Finance Lead on maintenance of the budget forecast cost models of all purchased service costs such that all software licences, subscriptions, leases, maintenance and support contracts are recorded and renewed in a timely manner prior to expiry date and such that the schedule forms an effective cost model

Key Responsibilities
*Support invoice analysis to Tower Contract Leads and Finance Lead.
*Support and maintain the ITSD Financial Risk and Opportunities Register covering the IT Service Delivery organisation and Revenue, to meet the requirements of Finance
*Support as directed the preparation of ITAC submissions and attend the ITAC Governance meetings when assigned.
*Assist in maintaining the Service Delivery Budget Forecast Models, License, Purchase Service, Hardware and Outsourcing Vendor.
*Maintain and report budget information for IT SD to the Finance Lead and attend governance meetings when directed.
*Inputting and assisting SAP Requisitions and GRNs and to ensure all Invoices form the 3 way match.
*Support Finance in reviewing invoices raised by the vendors and assisting in the development of relevant management information
*Working in Service Delivery
*Supporting Financial Lead
