Finance Analyst

Finance Lead - Supply Chain, up to £400 per day

Our client is a global Pharmaceutical company seeking a Finance lead who has solid experience dealing with different markets and gaining trust, ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities, ability to analyse data and be accountable to markets, proactive, understanding of key finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).

Reporting to the Service Line Owner, Supply Chain Accounting, this role is responsible for the financial accounting, reporting and governance.

Complexity
Requires a good understanding of the supply chain activities
Broad range of responsibilities, stakeholders/interactions
Flexibility to work with functional groups including supply chain, IT, O2C and tax
Work under pressure and management of multiple priorities
Technical accounting knowledge in an environment of innovation within the business to find solutions while maintaining governance
Requires confidence, influencing skills and excellent communication skills
Critical need to lead change and manage complex projects and multiple deployments whilst maintaining a global standard

Basic Qualifications
Finance Qualified plus relevant finance experience
Experience of dealing confidently with markets and gaining their trust
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Ability to analyse, interpret and challenge the business to be accountable for performance
Track record of proactivity and accountability
Experience of developing creative solutions and innovative ideas to change ways of working (systems, processes ) for key financial processes R2R, O2C and P2P
