Finance Analyst

Our client, a blue chip company based in Birmingham, require a Finance Analyst to join their Finance team.

You will be reporting into one of the Finance Business Partners and working in the Operations Finance team. Your key day to day activities would be to deliver financial accounting activity at month end for several cost areas.

This would include:
* Delivering accurate monthly Financial/kpi and fte results within timelines, commentary on the results
* Costs analysis and cost savings tracking
* Engaging with business partners to ensure we understand the link between the financials and the business performance
* Full and complete balance sheet reporting
* Cost benefit analysis reviews as required

Qualifications, Skills, Specialist Knowledge & Experience that you will have:
*Part/Fully Qualified accountant with post qualification experience
*Financial Modelling Skills
*Strong Analytical skills
*Good understanding of relevant commercial disciplines
*Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Ability to assimilate information and make decisions quickly
*Able to challenge constructively
*Strong communications skills - written and verbal
