Finance Analyst

One of our large clients is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team in the midlands and will be based between Birmingham & Warwickshire

The role will be in the Finance Central Support area which provides finance business partnering support to all of the clients UK Support functions.

The successful candidate will be working towards a Finance qualification although not essential if they have a proven background in a Finance Analysis role

Experience
*Understands methodologies & models to manage accurate forecasting and planning
*Experience of producing summaries & financial transparency cost data in PowerPoint
*Understanding & impact to business
*Understand financial transparency cost models
*Strong Excel spreadsheet & analytical skills
*Experience of Access database
*Experience of data analysis with good attention to details
*Experience of working with complex financial processes
*Experience of GAP analysis (would be an advantage)
*Experience of stakeholder management at all levels
*Strong people &interpersonal skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Self motivated, pro-active, flexible and enthusiastic with strong relationship building skills
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to meet tight deadlines & work under pressure
