Finance Administrator - Manchester

We are urgently looking for Finance administrator to join a leading investment bank in Manchester to start a 6 months rolling contract.

THE ROLE:

YOU SHOULD HAVE IDEALLY EXPERIENCE IN THE ADMINISTRATION FIELD AND POSSESS AND EXCELLENT TELEPHONE MANOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND A BACKGROUND IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE.

Responsibilities:

- You will monitor the team workflow to ensure all deadlines are met
- Maintain quality of team output through regular spot checks, completion of checklists and rota management.

Develop training plans and assist with probation reviews for new starters. - Motivate team members and share experience and expertise
- Process Improvement
- Be extremely organised
