Projektbeschreibung

I am looking to hire a Finance Administrator in London for one of my public sector client.

This is a contract role for 3 months with possible extension.

Interviews to be held on 12 Oct 2015

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Worked previously in a Finance Admin role.

KEY TASKS:

- Liaising with the migration team on specific financial issues;
- Establishing existing outstanding requirements and work required over coming months and plan transition work to meet deadlines;
- Liaison with Government Banking Service (GBS), RBS and our Oracle supplier;
- Establishing dependencies with migration project and work with them on cash and banking transition;
- Documenting changes and new procedures for DECC to use post transition
- Handover to permanent resources following successful transition;
- Assisting with migration of travel contract;
- Assisting in the set up a new separate bank account for Petroleum Licence Trust Statement income and possible new accounts for Oil and Gas Authority and
- Providing support around the transition including chasing for progress on behalf of RBS and GBS.
