Finance Administrator (Contract)

Role Purpose

* To process and manage all Fleet related invoices.
* Month end reconciliation.
* Management and on going maintenance of various high level charges.
* Maintenance of the Fleet Database on all levels.
* Supplier management.
* Participate in the annual P11D process and various audits.
* Motor insurance management.
* Vehicle novation management.

Experience/Skills

* Prior experience of working in accounting /finance function.
* Experience of SAP advantageous.
* Good excel skills.
* Good knowledge of all Microsoft office packages.
* Good communication skills
