My client, a leading automotive manufacturer based in Warwickshire, are looking to recruit a finance administrator to join their technical services division on a long term contract basis

This position provides a project control & asset verification service within a Product Creation and Delivery business, annually verifying business assets are active and still supportive of business requirements. Maintaining a register of live assets and reporting monthly on values.

The role requires the continual maintenance of the Asset data base, and auto reporting. Successful candidate will have good IT skills and open communication, you will be expected to liaise with engineering staff and administrators in the process of project control and asset verification using SAP software and electronic/personal direct communication.

An experience in SAP would be an advantage but full training will be given and is therefor not completely necessary. You will have a thorough and detailed approach to work and be able to demonstrate a level of financial appreciation and personnel coordination, with absolute adherence to process.

Skills Required:
SAP experience is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided
Demonstrate an absolute ability of adherence to process be IT literate at an operations level
Consistent and comprehensive communicator including reports and presentations to senior management
Financial operations/invoicing experience - preferred

Experience Required:
Experience in an office based administration role, preferably within a financial function
SAP experience is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
Able to work without instruction through defined process.
Able to deliver improvements to process through agreement with line management

Additional Information:
Role is based at Gaydon site, occasional travel may be required to alternative sites.
