Finance Administrator

We are currently hiring for a Financial Administrator, to work within the NHS (NHS experience needed)

Ideal candidate will have;

Ability to communicate with a range of people on a range of matters in an appropriate form, clarifying important messages, with well-structured written communication and influential personal style which has a positive impact.

Ability to deliver under pressure and to manage competing priorities effectively

Open-minded to change, with the ability to support individuals in their team through period of change, and able to implement changes to practice and ways of working with successful outcomes

Ability to analyse and interpret information, evaluate issues, and recommend an appropriate course of action to address the issues

Ability to prioritise and manage own and others workload to deliver required outcomes and to contribute to the overall improvement of services

Ability to analyse, and produce reports on trends, problems or information.

Acts in ways that support equality, diversity and inclusion and able to identify and Remedy situations where these are undermined
