Finance Admin

Procurement Administrator is required for a utilities company based in Hatfield for a short term contract to start immediately. You will be required to raise Purchase Orders, allocate them to relevant cost centres, update the database and then release the PO.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Receiving order requests
- Recording order information on database
- Resolve any queries with orders
- Check purchase orders placed requests and record
- Check invoices of orders placed against agreed terms

Essential Experience:

- Must be computer Literate with working knowledge of spreadsheets, emails and Internet Applications
- Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Ability to Multi Task
- Good Organisation Skills
