CURRENT SC LEVEL SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED

ROLE: MICROSOFT FIM AND EXCHANGE CONSULTANT - 3RD LINE SUPPORT

PROPOSED START: EARLY TO MID DECEMBER 2012 (NOTE: SELECTION AND INTERVIEWS TO TAKE PLACE EARLY NOVEMBER)

Availability requirement: Monday - Friday for 3-months to start - likely to be a long term engagement

Location: Mons, Belgium - must be on client site daily (there is no possibility to work remotely)

Customer Sector: Government

Responsible for:
- FIM Synchronisation manager 
- Gal solution/synchronization - using global address list
- MIS/ILM knowledge required 
- Identify management tools - IBM, Metaverse experience
- Key focus is FIM Synchronisation manager expertise in operational environment (3rd line support)
- 3rd line support to the Email Support Team 
- Ensuring that Exchange Servers are running optimally/monitored/managed
- Ensuring mail flow and manage GAL Sync between the Client and national sites Forests
- Provide assistance to local engineers on any exchange related projects
- Setting up all new Management Agents
- Assist with migration & implementation of Exchange
- Daily Operations of Directory setup for new organizations
- Monitoring Service Levels
- Level 3 Troubleshooting
