Filenet System Administrator

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a FILENET SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR to join our client in near Philadelphia, PA.

Job Overview:
FileNet System Administrator contractor to support the customers email archiving and eDiscovery infrastructure. This position will require advanced FileNet administration knowledge. In this position, you will perform daily operational health checks, activities to maintain the system and complete steps to fulfil eDiscovery requests using FileNet administration tools in a Microsoft Windows Server environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting advanced FileNet features for FileNet P8, IBM's Content Collector, eDiscovery Manager and Records Manager.
- Performing daily operational tasks to support and fulfil eDiscovery requests.
- Completing daily operational health checks and reports to document.
- Performing on-call support activities as needed, 24 x 7.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related major, or a strong combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates required skills and capabilities.
- IBM FileNet P8 Suite system administration certification (required).
- Minimum of three (3) years experience with FileNet P8 4.x and connector products.
- Experience supporting a large Enterprise Content Management environment (10,000+ users).
- Strong FileNet security background, including experience implementing policies.
- Project management capabilities.
- Proven communication and presentation skills.
- Technical documentation skills.
- Occasional travel within continental US (approximately 3 days per quarter).
