FILENET EXPERT

For our client, an international bank with a global reach, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated FileNet Expert to work on a two year global document management initiative in Zurich.

This is a six month contract with a good chance of multiple extensions starting in November/December 2016.

Working in a cross border team you will work on a document management project covering four regions. The solution is in its early stages of upgrades and we expect this to be an area where significant improvements are possible. It is used by our client for storing and archiving of legal documents including sales side contracts.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Platform upgrades and advancement to multiple regions
-

Functional enhancements on the new infrastructure capabilities
-

Regulatory requirements
-

Evolving own ideas and visions on the product and service portfolio
-

Coordinating with various internal teams, change management process, vendors, and clients

As the ideal candidate you will possess a consultative approach, as well as the following skills and experience:

-

Solid technical experience with FileNet, from an architecture and engineering perspective
-

Proven experience with document management systems and enterprise content management skills
-

Knowledge of Java/web services
-

Ability to understand and document complex business processes
-

Very good English communication skills, German a plus

As the successful candidate your will supplement a highly skilled and international document management project team of 50.
