KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGIES: Java, HTML, JavaScript, Widgets, MVC Architecture, Weblogic, Dojo Framework, BPM, Java EJB, Java, JMS, JDBC, SOAP, ODBC, SQL, Oracle

FiLENET INFRASTRUCTURE: Unix/Window, Scripts

APPLICATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES SKILLS: incident and problem management, root cause analysis, code debugging, ticket handling, bug fixing, overall architecture understanding, perform impact analysis, documentation maintenance

Problem solving and customer service oriented skills

Good verbal and written communication capabilities

German speaking, English would be an asset

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.

5-7 years experience required.
