Filenet Administrator Job

FILENET ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

Please note that this position does not allow for working remotely, as such the incumbent must be able to work onsite at client's location. Must be currently eligible to work in the US for any employer.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- FileNet P8
- FileNet migration experience
- Strong communicator

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Document Management Solutions team configures and supports the Servers and applications in the FileNet environment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Four (4) plus years supporting FileNet CS 5.x
- Three (3) plus years supporting FileNet P8 4.5, including entry templates, search templates, and marking sets
- Three (3) plus years experiencing with Windows Server 2008
- Two (2) plus years of experience with Active Directory
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience migrating from FileNet CS to FileNet P8
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong multi-tasker
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience handling engineering drawings (CAD, hybrid, parent/child)
- Data mapping for migration (FileNet, relational database, Excel/CSV)

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience implementing/supporting Fusion P8 3.x
- Experience supporting document management in utility/energy setting.
