Filenet Administrator

Urgent position for a Filenet Administrator based in Riyadh, KSA, Saudi Arabia on a 10 month + contract.

You will be responsible for:

- The installation and maintenance of products and services according to group standards and policies and to agreed service levels.
- The provision of technical support (including incident and problem resolution) for systems and processes in complex environments.
- Accountable for the creation of complex FileNet environments to tight timescales.
- Assists with the strategy and design across the FileNet development and test estate.
- Working closely with key Stakeholders including EAD, ADM and Business Representatives, drive and deliver against the Filenet Roadmap.
- Work collaboratively across the wider Filenet team to develop, promote and implement process initiatives.
