Filenet Administrator

Next Ventures are currently hiring for a Filenet Administrator for a contract position in Warsaw, Poland.
Duration - 3 - 6 months + extension
Location - Warsaw, Poland

5 to 8 years of Experience in FileNetP8 Administration 4.5, 5.X
Creation of new Doc Classes, Object properties etc
- Managing, monitoring isolated regions, Rosters, workload evaluation & monitoring for AIX/Linux based Filenet Servers.

Regular monitoring to ensure no degradation of performance of Servers, good knowledge of back up procedures.
Capacity planning, sizing of new infrastructure requirement related to Filenet deployment
Support during the installation, deployment & configuration of FilenetP8 4.5servers and applications including Records Manager, ICC, Workplace, BPF, Eforms
Maintenance of Filenet Content Services/Content engine infrastructure/Process engine/Process Analyser/Records manager
Maintenance of Workflows & Lifecycles
Monitoring batch jobs, if any
Creation of User/Deactivation of Users
Configuration of LDAP/AD and other integration plug-ins.
Verifying the state of the CE processes (ensuring that all the required jobs are running properly)
Resolving Customer's issue.
Managing Third Level support with IBM (creating support tickets with IBM and coordination with IBM for any such issues)
Patch/Fix installations
Filenet capture batch creation, monitoring and capacity planning.
