Projektbeschreibung
Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based around Basel, is looking for a FILEMAKER CONSULTANT, a contracting role planned to start in June 2017.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting;
- Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution);
- Issuing Scripting guidelines;
-Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications;
- Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity;
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability;
- Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes;
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects;
-Perform basic analysis, design, implementation
Required skills
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Methodology/Certification requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Language proficiencies: English spoken and written
Remote work office is available: 1st month of contract will be on site in Switzerland. 2nd month onward, the person will be on site for 1 week and working from home the rest of the month.
