We are looking for an Application Support Analyst for our client based in Solothurn.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities:

-Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting;
-Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution);
-Issuing Scripting guidelines;
-Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications;
-Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity;
-Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability;
-Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes;
-Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects;
-Perform basic analysis, design, implementation
-Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills;
-Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements;
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
-Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
-Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
-Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
-Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.

Methodology/Certification requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred.

Language proficiencies:

-English spoken and written.
