File Services Migration Specialist (Medior) Office 365

For one of our clients in the Hague, Holland we are looking for a "File Services Migration Specialist" Office365

This is for a minimum of 3 months plus extensions.

JOB TITLE: FILE SERVICES MIGRATION SPECIALIST (MEDIOR)

PROGRAM INFORMATION

The main objective of the Workplace Services (WPS) Backend 2.0 program is reduce operation IT costs, by implementing the next generation WPS Back End services ie Office 365 and processes, to support the business needs. This implies a change on many aspects of the current service portfolio; directly by changing the landscape and migration to the new services and indirectly to align the existing support processes to the new environment.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

In your role as File Services Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

Design the Solution Architecture for Office 365 Sharepoint/Onedrive

Write the needed configuration guides for Office 365 Sharepoint/Onedrive

Configure/enable the Office 365/Onedrive environment

Develop migration strategy for Sharepoint/Onedrive

Support the Migration Team

Additional tasks within the same function area

You will also be part of the execution of the migrations.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Within this program role, it is vital that you have EXPERIENCE WITH NETWORK FILE SERVICES/OFFICE 365 SHAREPOINT/ONEDRIVE IN ENTERPRISE ORGANISATIONS, including migration from a on-premises WPS solutions.

The following profile is expected:

Relevant degree master/bachelor in ICT or similar qualifications by experience

At least 5 years experience in complex and dynamic IT environments

Subject matter expert on Microsoft related products:

Office 365 Sharepoint/OneDrive

General and technical knowledge:

Information architecture

Powershell

Microsoft Exchange; Lync; Intune

Azure Active Directory

Networking and security

Microsoft certification is a big plus, ie:

Office 365

Azure Active Directory

Fluent in English

Soft skills: Analytic, troubleshooter, time management, self-disciplined, techsavvy and work under pressure.
