File Reviewer

Our client is a large professional services firm.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for experienced File Reviewers to undertake the assessment of complex complaints which relate to Interest Rate Derivatives and the MIS-selling linked to them. This will include a full holistic review of the cases, producing high quality documentation, feedback and redress decisions adhering to processes and methodology set by the client. On occasion File Reviewers will be required to present cases to members of the Review forum and to escalate complex issues and contentious cases further.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within commercial banking or exposure to derivatives; a background in broking, trading or as an IFA is preferable.

Previous experience of reviewing complex products such as complex investments, pensions or endowments is also essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbally, are crucial to the role but also attention to detail and the capacity to absorb large quantities of complex information; identifying the key issues.

The successful candidate will also be able to work under pressure and have demonstrable experience of meeting targets in a quality driven environment.
