Field Technician

My client is looking for a Field Technician to provide technical support for customer queries, according to customer contract and internal support model; scope of work depends on role assigned to an engineer as below;

Field Technician

- Provide and lead Troubleshooting activities on antenna systems
- Strong skills in using Anritsu site master or other similar device
- Familiar with the use passive inter-modulation (PIM) testing and strong skills in (VSWR, DTF)
- RF awareness
- Working at Heights & Tower Rescue - Training maybe given
- Perform testing in accordance with carrier Cabling requirements
- Skills in commission and Configuration of UMTS/LTE
- OHNS certifications and First aids

Position Requirements

- Skills in commission and Configuration of UMTS/LTE sites (Huawei experience preferred)
- Strong installation skills in the BTS complete site installation
- Review product related technical notes in order to indicate changes required correct deployment LTE Sites.
- Support Installation Audits and Quality check, RTWP Rectification
- Has experience and skills on NSN/Huawei Enode B WBTS - LTE
- Be able to commission and integrate UMTS/LTE independently ( huawei preferred)
- Troubleshooting skills on telecom switch platform
- Experience in the role of technical support, customer service, SW roll-out/upgrade projects
- Understanding about/UMTS/LTE network and Transmission protocols
