Field Services Operations Manager (Ericsson Background)

More than 7 years in the related area, Ericsson background, familiar with Props-C, Ericsson Process
- Act as the main interface towards the respective Accounts in the country of operation for all filed services delivery issues.
- Prepare overall strategy and objectives of the unit, develop and implement the necessary change processes and controls.
- Establish communication routines in the FSO organisation so that all personnel receive relevant information at correct moment and preparation for future changes in technology.
- Be responsible for the budget of FSO Units, including headcount dimensioning and competence development of the organization to meet the business demands.
- Reports monthly on FSO performance and corrective actions required to address any of track performance areas.
- In line with Delivery Strategies and deployment plans from NRO and MS, make prioritizations for service and resources deliveries towards the projects.
- Define future resource and skills requirements based on forecast and deployment plans.
- Build and maintain resources and ensure quality service delivery as per assignment - Follow up on KPI's
- Monitor and take actions on FSO performance
- Ensure the highest level of Health and Safety Standards are maintained within all FSO operating units.
