Field Services and end User Computing Support

FIELD SERVICES AND END USER COMPUTING SUPPORT - FRENCH SPEAKING

One of my clients is currently looking for a French speaking Field services and end user computing support consultant to work in Amsterdam on a long term contract.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Hands on experience on desktop level OS install on end user machines through any deployment tool (SCCM Preferred)
- Basic troubleshot knowledge on end user machines
- Knowledge on Backup, DNS, DHCP and VPN etc
- Knowledge on Software licensing
- Knowledge on printers and print management.
- Basic networking knowledge
- Knowledge on ITSM ticketing tools.
- Good communication and articulation skills

Added advantages if resource have:-

- Knowledge on Commvault back up agent (back up process)
- Comprehensive working knowledge on SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) 2012 for application deployment
- Troubleshoot the windows 7 to 10 upgrade issues and end user application deployment issues.
- Group policies creation
