- Basic printer and basic Laser (non MFP) component level repair
- Scripted image, patches, and anti-virus loads
- Basic software configuration and system backups
- Smart Hands, executes defined OEM instructions
- High End MFP printer replacement and scripted configuration
- Wireless access whole unit replacement
- Basic cable troubleshooting
- Smart Hands, executes defined networking instructions
- Scripted IMAC and IMACD
- Scanner/scale calibrations
- Server maintenance
- Ability to handle warranty certification calls
